Reasonably priced and nice little hotel in a very very good functional style building. Flexible staff with great local knowledge. Good service overall and parking close to venue. Handy setting near a bus station. Found in a central part of the town.

Such kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thick towels. Free coffee and tea. Wonderful breakfast. Great selection of food. Pleasant restaurant atmosphere. Very enjoyable stay.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the main attractions. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Jalkiruokala Xoco's that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Sincerely, it was an enjoyable stay for holidays. The stuff was exceptionally kind, amicable with every request. The location was handy and absolutely perfect, right by a railway station. The food for breakfast was fresh and freshly made.

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the hotel despite its prime location. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charming cafe connected to the hotel. we had a great experience at Hotelli Helmi and would recommend it for its value for money.

The lack of a fridge in the room and the small television with limited channels were minor inconveniences. Additionally, the internet did not work in our room, but the staff promptly offered assistance and resolved the issue.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are not so big, but convinient. We were traveling with a baby, and we felt a bit of lack of space in the room. May be it was the only bad thing. Staff is very nice. Also we liked a lot free coffee and tee, that You can get from the mashine at any time.

quiet hotel, good for buisness

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the bus station and within walking distance to the city center. It's very convenient if you want to explore the main attractions of the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast served here is amazing, with the best ever freshly baked bread and delicious Finnish pastries.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Fridge and internet in the room

Air-conditioner functions poorly. 27.5 degrees in the room, and it's impossible to open the windows. Location isn't very comfortable. Narrow bed.

Well located, very nice exterior design, nice breakfast and friendly people.

The bed was soooo narrow (I never understand why hotels use such small beds anyway) and the sheets did not look ironed.

This hotel has amazing value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location is also fantastic, as it is situated in a central quiet area, not far from the main attractions of the city. Additionally, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds.

All was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.
